“Unique Two”

Wedding Day Coordination Package

• Free consultation regarding your planning
• Review of all vendor contracts
• Create a detailed timeline of entire wedding day and distribute to vendors
• Call all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
• Create a wedding day details list to include all items to be brought and taken home
• Offer advice on etiquette and protocol
• Unlimited phone and email advice and answers to questions
• Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
• Two certified wedding consultants to coordinate complete wedding day: (up to 9 hours)
  • Meet with bride and groom to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
  • Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
  • Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
  • Pass out programs
  • Organization of processional and recessional
  • Make sure the marriage license is signed and given to the Officiant or mailed in
  • Detail placement of any ceremony and reception items
  • Provision of complete wedding emergency kit
  • Gather and take down any and all ceremony and reception items and store them in designated location
  • Secure gifts and cards with person of your choice
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
• $200.00 deposit at signing of contract; balance due one week prior to wedding day

“Unique Three”

Vendor Selection and Consultation Package

Need some assistance with your pre-wedding plans, but not wedding day coordination services?

Some venues are staffed with an event coordinator that will handle the day of coordination for you, but won't help with any prior planning.

• Up to ten hours of consultation regarding your planning
• Research qualified vendors based on your budget and taste
• Vendor contract review and assistance with negotiation
• Vendor referral and coordination
• Offer advice on etiquette and protocol
• Offer creative and unique style ideas
• Assistance in developing your wedding day timeline
• One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to your wedding (travel charges may apply depending on location)
• Unlimited email and telephone questions

$400.00 deposit at signing of contract; balance due two week prior to wedding day

“Unique Four”

Full Wedding Coordination Package

Starting at 10% of the overall wedding cost 

For the all-inclusive wedding package where you don't have to worry about a thing!

• Includes all the details of the Tulip Wedding Day Coordination Package
• Initial consultation regarding your planning
• Create and monitor budget
• Create a monthly wedding planner
• Offering design advice and execution

• Unlimited phone and email advice and answers to questions
• Plan production
• Select venue location
• Research qualified vendors based on your budget and taste
• Review and negotiate contracts for vendors
• Attend vendor meetings
• Monitor vendor contractual obligations
• Track payments and due dates
• Design floor plan layout of ceremony and reception
• Create a detailed timeline of entire wedding day and distribute to vendors

·          Green Events/Eco-friendly Services – Offers alternative smart choices for weddings and other events consistent with current governmental policies and environmental concerns:  Prices vary for environmentally friendly products.  Therefore, prices are determined on an as-needed basis at prevailing prices
